DELFEST

As the V1 for Delfest, I manage all aspects of the video production for this 4 day event in Cumberland, MD. I set up, and break down all of the equipment for this multi stage, multi camera production, schedule and manage the mostly student volunteer crew, and direct the live feed for imag and archival capture.
